My LFS has just started selling Excel, they also sell Easycarbo. The 500ml of Excel is £15 and the 250ml Easycarbo is £7.99, so theres not much in the way of price difference. However on reading the bottle, Excel reads to do more in the way of helping with Fe?? I know they use the same chemical.

i have had a look on the net, but theres not much.

From what I've read and seen from other members here and at other forums, they are the essentially the same and are used for the same purpose. I do not use either product, however.

You can also get Liquid Carbon from Aqua Essentials, which is again the same thing, but cheaper :)
250ml 5.99
500ml 9.99
1L 14.99

As it's £3.50 for shipping (up to 3.5kgs) and the 1L bottles come up at 1.2kg I tend to buy 2x 1L bottles at a time to spread the shipping cost a bit :)

I've used Flourish Excel in the past and do not anymore. If you need C02, go with a real C02 reactor otherwise forget the liquid form. I do not have a reactor myself and using the Flourish comprehensive supplement with the flourish tabs (for the rooted plants) is more than sufficient.

A pressurised cyclinder is not an option. Also a liquid carbon is a good source of carbon if no other options.
