Florida Crushed Coral

Hey I was just wondering if I can put Carib-Sea Crushed Florida Coral in my tank with my africans and info would be great thanks in advance!!!

yep, that's fine!! It'll help buffer the water too, which is a more natural water for most cichlids from the 3 african lakes.
