I need to add some floating plants to my aquarium so that my Gouramis will come out and play. :D The thing is I don't know if the plants that will be overshadowed by the water sprite will be able to survive? Here's a bad pic I made to give you an idea of what I'm trying to do:

The Water Sprites will be held in place by plastic suction cups right below water level. And these are the plants under them:

On the left side there is:
  • 1. Cabomba carolina
  • 2. Didiplis diandra (Blood Stargrass)
  • 3. Asian Ambulia
  • 4. Anubias nana
  • 5. Sagittaria Subulata
On the Right Side there is:
  • 6. Crinum "Dwarf" (Onion Plant)
  • 7. Sagittaria Subulata
  • 8. A Piece of Driftwood with many many Java Ferns
Will these plants be ok with the few rays of light that will get through the water sprite? Any other suggestions? :/
