I'm floating the bio-wheel in one established tank until i get my other one up and running in a week or two. should i float the blue filter too or will it not make a great difference?
It would be best if you could run the filter on the established tank for a couple weeks. If you only have the media for the filter you plan to buy, float all the media in the established tank.
