Flightless Fruit Flies

I just got a vial of flightless fruit flies for my betta. How many should I feed and how often?

Just 2 or 3 at a time should be good. I wouldn't feed them every day (unless conditioning them to spawn). Maybe every few days or so as a nice meaty snack. My bettas love them.
