Flicking?

someone plz help me all my fish in my main tank are flicking or trying as if they got to itch themselves? someone has told me about sterazin is this true some one plz help

Flicking/Flashing is normally a sign of skin irritation (normally caused by Ich/Whitespot). Without knowing what is in the tank it is hard to recommend a good course of treatment but the link below should help.

Cory's will flash/flick even when they are ok but for most other fish it is normally a sign of Ich.

Fish flicking themselves against rocks and other things is actually a sign of ammonia, generally, sometimes it is a more serious situation like ich or whitespot, however not always.

What are the water perameters in the tank?

Had the same probably, ich soon broke out after that, if your going to act id recommend doing it sooner rather then later

Just thought I'd point out that if you have African Cichlids, flicking/rubbing is a normal territorial/breeding behavior.
