Flame Tetras

hi all today i got some new fish i have added to my aquarium 2 upside down catfish and 6 flame tetras i am curious because 2 of them are fine but paler in colour but not like a illness and i was wondering if it was a sex thing like male and female or somin else bu it is fine so they arnt ill .
and how can u tell the difference between the sex's coz the coloration is different on some of them
p.s. how can u turn a .png to a .gif file so i can put it on here
and is there anytips i can have with any of my fish tht i have all my fish are in my signuture

Now you have told us your tank's size the best tip I can give is take the upside down catfish, sucking loach & the plec back to the shop ASAP

Your tank was overstocked before this last batch of fishand will still be heavily stocked without these.

and i have another tank a 25 litre

plus as well the fish i have a babys not fully grown so i have time to move the fish to a bigger tank aswell
