Fishless Cycling With Bio Spira - Setup Correct?

No change in 48 hours. I would say the Bio Spira didn't work in this scenario.

Even if you didn't use BioSpira, the ammonia still woud've gone down a little, that's how fishess cycling works with or without bacteria in a bottle.
