Fishless Cycle Taken From Coldwater Tank?

Hello, I'm about to do a fish-less cycle and I was wondering in order to speed up the process can I use the stuff out of my established coldwater aquarium?

Yes you can. Don't make the temperature change for the bacteria too quick - I would say put the media in the filter, then switch on the pump and heater.
