i belive these are a type of carp that is an invasive spaicies and thats is why it is not illeagal to fish them this way

Funnest thing in the world, I go gigging for frogs and fish all the time during the summer.

I.E.... It's a very southern... hick activity

i saw a fishing show on them. its two different species of i think japanese carp. very heavily populated int he southern states atm i believe
