Hi a couple of questions now.
1. Coolie loaches, ok for a community tank with neons and other similar friendly fish
2. Can shrimps ect live with yoyo loaches

yes khuli loaches can be good in community tanks with adequate numbers.
 
And no yoyo loaches eat shrimp
