I have noticed over the past week my guppys and swordtails waste has been white and looks kinda crystal or sand like when it breaks up its not stringy like you would see with a possible bacteria infection.

Could this be to do with there diet?

They are fed every day the usual amount of flake, cucumber once a week also Bloodworm and Daphnie occassionally.

All stats are fine water change 25-30% every 14 days.

Anybody else noticed this ?

Help appreciated.

One of my guppies had white poo, it died 2 days after me seeing it. There wasnt alot i could do for it, i know guppies are notorious for bacteria as it is.

White granulated poo is weird. It could be caused by the dry food. Have you changed the brand of fish food recently?
Maybe try feeding them on daphnia and vegetables for a few days and see if that fixes the problem. During this time don't feed any dry food.

I changed the flake food from King British to another kind off ebay which was sold in re-sealable bags. I have used this for over two months.

All the other species seem okay and the guppys and swordtails in my other tanks seem okay.
