Will it make a good tropical bowl? Or are bowls cruel? I got a tank and want another one but limited space means i can only have a bowl.

There ok but the filters are crap and the limit of fish is big due to there not been much surface area. Oh and the price is extortionate i could buy a much better tank with an external for the price you pay for a tank which limits you in so many ways

Agree entirely.

The filter is hopelessly inadequate & the lack of surface area is a major drawback. For that money you could get a complete Juwel or Fluval set-up that will out perform the Biorb in every way.

Personally I wouldnt go for a Biord, nothing against them, but you could find a better tank for a much better deal else where.

For example i think this tank is Very good quality, Large, and comes with a stand (optional)

Look around and you will find a tank much better then a biorb. The site i provided has some great tanks for good prices.

It also has a cheaper biorb i believe then pets at home.
