Fish Tank Light On Holiday

Late post guys. Got some feed stuff for a week but my timers for lights aren't working, shall I leave light on for a week is that ok or shall I leave it off? Chris

You could buy one of those plugs that cuts the electric current at the time you set.

It's better off for a week than on for a week definately.

^ precisely right. Timers are really cheap and effective, so get hold of one if you can. If not - off for a week is better than on or theres a good chance you'll come back to a really warm tank filled with algae - and a hell of a cleaning job on your hands (speaking from experience).
