Fish Size

I am considering getting a sucking loach for my tank, but I don't know how big they get.
Any one help?
 
I have a well stocked 260ltr fully cycled tank filled with small tetras.

They get to about a foot long.
 
I would very strongly recommend you don't get one. As they get bigger, they stop eating algae altogether, and can be very aggressive. It's quite common for them to develop a taste for other fish's slime coats; more of a risk with large, flat bodied fish, like angels and gouramis, than your little tetras, but it'll quite possibly have a go at them.

Bristlenose, clown plec, a shoal of otocinclus?
