Fish Sitting On Bottom!

Since changing to sand fish sitting on the bottom and neons lost colour? I have cleaned it all properly?

More movement now the light is on and have lowered the flow rate of the filter

Probably just settling in... it was a big change to them, but I think they will like it more in the end.
