Fish Sick! Help!

I posted a previous article, but no one replied. Can someone help me? Below is a link with a picture of my sick fish. If anyone knows what it is and how and how to remedy it I would greatly appreciate it.

looks like ulcers mate. is that a chichlid by any chance?

pimafix and melafix are great products, one is for parasites and diseases, the other is better for injuries and such. but i can't remember which is which.

i can't see the fish very well, but it looks like a red devil or a midas cichlid. and i've never heard of them getting uclers like that. maybe some kind of internal parasite?

Ya its a cichlid. Its actually a type of flowerhorn.
