Fish selection okay?

So I have a new 55 gallon and in the future my mom and I would like to stock it with some more fish. She REALLY wants a blood parrot and like pictus cats as well. It already has 10 tiger barbs, 6 black skirt tetras, 3 smaller type of tetra and a common plec. The smaller tetra will be moved to my 120 gallon when she gets the other fish and when the common plec becomes about 5-6 inches he will be moved into my 120 gallon as well. The tank has great filtration with a penguin 60 gallon filter and a penguin 30 gallon biowheel filter, the tank is also fully cycled and has been set up for 2 years.

So how would this do:

10 tiger barbs
6 black skirt tetra
1 blood parrot
4 pictus cats

???

If it is too overcrowded I could take the 6 black skirt tetra into my tank. What do you think?

Sorry, i would realy commnet but im not too sure about the pictus cats and the parrots.

I thouht parrots should be in small groups or pairs?
