Fish Profiles?

Does anybody know any good websites where i could find some really good detailed Fish profiles, I want to study up on the fish before i buy one. I have owned fish before but i most likley did not know anything about them and now that i am really intrested i would like to get as much information as i can so i could make sure they get the best of care. So if anyone knows any good detailed webpages on any fish profiles

For a really simple, brief, easy to navigate site for the more popular fish, I like to use http/www.aquazoo.co.uk/page.cfm2.htm
