Fish problem

let me start off by apologizing for so many posts!
I think I have a bully fish. the fins on my two smaller guys are splitting, and one looks nipped. I have a larger (girl I think) fish that is just mean!
What should I do?
They are all Black Phantom tetras.

maybe you could try isolating the fish that you suspect is fin nipping and see if you notice a change.
maybe get some medication aswell to help the fishes fins grow back

I'll second Catfish's suggestion. Try medication like Melafix which can help heal fins fast.

i think (hope!) its just the way of black phantoms. mine often have split fins although i never see any bullying. they grow back in a few days. then they split again.

thank you. I am hoping it is nothing serious, I would not want to take the mean girl back to the lfs. Perhaps I will give them a call today and see what Gillian says.
I have some stress coat in there right now. I would prefer not to use nany meds unless I really need to.
