Quick beginner question-
If a fish has a parasite, and you reach in the tank to do something like move a rock or clean.. whatever.. and then forget to wash your hands after (bad!), and use the washroom or eat or something- can the human get the parasite?
Long shot I know, but I'm curious. From what I understand fish parasites dont generally thrive in humans- true?
