I was looking at my tank tonight and I noticed two small fish swimming in there. I have not added these fish and they appear to be very young. the only other thing in there is an african dwarf frog. I do have some live plants but they have been there for 3-4 weeks now. I'm guessing that they perhaps hatched from eggs that came in with the plants. Has anything ever heard of something like this happening?

I've read about a baby bristlenose coming in on dry bogwood and only popping out after the bogwood was scrubbed and put in an uncycled tank (and it still survived!), so anything seems possible! Can you tell what type of fish it is yet?

I can't tell just yet, but I have no driftwood. The onlything that had been previously exposed to a fishtank was the live plants. If I had to guess right now, I'd say they look like oto's but it's far too early to be sure. They are about 1/3 cm in length right now.
