Fish On Top Of The Tank?

Lack of oxygen in the water, raise your filter to stir the water or stick in an airstone.

It could also mean that there is too much ammonia. Is the tank cycled?

Ok, but how long has it been set up for? Do you test your water for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates in order to see if it is habitable for your fish?

4 months and get it checked every 4 weeks i will get it done tomorrow lost 2 fish this week

Hmmm it should be cycled by now either way. Do you condition your new water using a dechlorinator? Do you clean your filter? If so, how?

after water change, put PREVENT FISH LOSS,and MAKES TAP WATER SAFE FOR FISH,in the tank

i clean the filter in the same water i taken out ,how often should i do it?

You don't replace the filter cartridges do you?

That is your answer then. They are all at the surface due to the ammonia, which is most likely burning their gills and reducing the level of oxygen in the water. I do not understand why it is that high it your filter is cycled though. Minimum 50% water change per day is required.

ok i will do water changers sunday and manday aswell

can you name the 'other' two that were 0? .....i carnt read his speling
