Fish Not Swimming

I was wondering if anyone can tell me why all of my fish are just lying on the bottom and not swimming much. They don't even move much when I tap the glass. I am trying to get rid of a case of ick with a product called "Super Ick Cure". Does anyone know if this stuff works? Can that have anything to do with them not swimming?

They could have clamped fins i've found that a medicine called Aquari-Sol works well for parasites and ick. It also could be something to do with the water.

Please post water stats (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates), size tank, number and kind of fish. Have they still got ich? Any other symptoms? Unless they are some particularly un-moving catfish or loach, lying on the bottom is usually a bad sign.
