Fish Not Eating!

I bought some fish last week and put them in my pond they were 9 white clouds mountain minnows and 4 zebra danios. They havent eaten a thing and they dont go tio the surface they hang around the middle. I bought this type of flakes and they siad it would be alright but they are not eating it. I tried wrigglers, Goldfish crumbles, Tropical fish flakes and this other food. Do i ask what food they use at the pet shop? Its the same with my betta he just lies on the bottom under a plant and doesnt come up to the top to eat.

I'm not sure that Zebra Danios are able to live in a pond so hopefully someone else can help you out there.
What size tank is your Betta in and is it heated and filtered? What are your water stats?

You shouldn't have any tropical fish in a pond if it isn't heated.
