Hi there,

My Buenos Aires Tetra are nibbling at my vallis and anubias. I'm considering a Co2 kit, and concerned that after all my hard work i'll still have leaves with chunks out of them!

With Co2 and better lighting will the plants grow fast enough so that this will not be too much of an issue, or shall i look at rehoming the fish? They seem to avoid the java fern - are there any similar hardy plants?

Jonno.

There won't be much if any damge, they are very strong plants and even with co2 injection, better lighting you will still see not much growth difference. They are very slow growing, fish will just be grazing off plants.
