Fish Laying On The Bottom

this fish has been laying on the bottom of the tank for about 1 week:

The fish moves, like changing in position quite often, is not weak as the other cases of sick fish that I had before, I think it might be pregnant or really fat, I don't really now can somebody tell me what is happening.

1 week! Poor lad, doesn't look like any scales have pineconed, have they?
I'm presuming bacterial illness already.....
Have you got a hospital tank?
Have you got any bacterial medications?
Were there any more symptoms? As spooky mentioned we need as many details as possible, there's an emergency link titled copy and paste in my sig (i think it's still there?) try using this, and heres a link on dropsy, just in case....

I'd be particularly interested in;
What do you feed and how often?
Have you had any other fish die recently?
How long has his spine/back looked like this and do any other fish in your tank have an arched back?
