Fish Is Sick

he is a guppy ,male

i am currently cycleing with 2 fish one is ok the other one is

lying on the ground breathing slowly

i think he is sick

he hasnt been moving to much and his poop is a long clear poop

i hope hell survive

plz help me out

You can not really expect a guppy to live through the cycle.

By the sounds of it, there is not much of a chance of him pulling through.
And you should be prepared for the other guppy to die as well.

You need to pick a more hardy fish to cycle with.
Such as white cloud mountain minnows, zebra danios, weather loaches or goldfish (as long as you can rehome them once the cycle is over)

No the cycle took it toll on him, and guppys are no good for cycling, platys are abit more hardier, but a cycle can take its toll on any fish.

could i cycle with a betta?

or red eye tetra

or black neons

shrimp?

(its what i have in the other tank)

they are extra fish...

not that i dont like them... lol

None really, black neons are not hardy enough for a cycling tank, it's up to you, but you could lose more fish.
