one of my fish are acting strange. he is standing on his nose and fliping his tail upwards and floats there, he also seams slugish but when i go near the aquarium he is all fine and dandy, he even ate with the other fish. is he sick or dying, and should i isolate him in a breeder?

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Is the fish bloated sounds like swim bladder if the fish is headstanding, once fish headstand they rarely make it.
Is the fish also flipping upside down.
Shelled peas for now and a bacterial med.

4 red eye tetra
5 tiger barbs
(waiting on my water test kit to arrive)
he doesn't look bloated at all
this morning he seams fine i haven't seam him float like that again.. i'm keeping an eye out.. plus i have to do a water change today YAY!
