It certainly looks like P.socolofi to me, although I'd say it's either from poor breeding stock or highly stressed out; or a combination of the two.

What makes you think it might be stressed?

Well, it could be the lighting but it looks rather pale and in all the pics I've seen of them the dark markings are much more pronounced.
