I found this picture and I would like to know what kind of fish it is.

Hi, It's a cichlid but I'm afraid I can't help you with the name of the specific species.

Try posting the pic in one of the cichlid forums, and you will hopefully get some responces

Because that picture is obviously edited (to a cichlid person atleast).
You can't get a new world cichlid with colors like that.
Any reasonable fish aquarium actually..

Ethos some of the Apistogramma Cacatuoides now availible do have colours like that, check out Apistogramma Ca. "Orange Flash"

PS the one in the picture is a "Double Red" which genrally dont get that bright

but why dose this one look so much different then the others

the image has been saved as a 16colour image as opposed to 16/24/32 bit colour as is normal for most jpegs etc

you are kidding right? we have all sorts of apistogrammas at work like all the time, with that much, or more color to them. and what do you mean by you cant get new world cichlids with color like that? there are so many new world cichlids with an amazing amount of color to them.
