Hey,
I went to my LFS today and saw this juvi "unicorn tang" for sale. They swore that it looked like this when it was a juvi, but to me, it looks like a Blue Spot Vlamingii Tang. I know you cant tell from the pic, but it has blue spots and blue lips.

IMHO they are right, it is a juvie Naso viamingi - bignose unicorn fish - which as you pointed out has blue lips and spots

naso lopezi maybe the unicorn fish that dosent really grow much of a horn at all.
