Fish I Have Bought Have White Spot

I bought 7 fish from the LFS and when i got them home and put them in the tank acouple of hours later i realised that they all had white spot, and today 3 of them have died.

I was wondering whether i could do anything about the LFS because they should not be selling fish with white spot in the first place, loads of my fish could now develop white spot as well.

Could i get a refund? and what other action could i take?

Yes you should be entitled to a refund but they could get arsey saying you shoulda checked them before purchase. If they wont refund you, try asking for a bottle of whitespot treatment 'on the house' to treat the remaining fish

They SHOULD refund the money from the dead fish, but they can easily say that you should have checked the fish before you bought them and quarantiened them before you put them in with your existing stock... sorry about the poor little guys!
