Hmmm, I could of been wrong in my answer. Looking around today in my lfs, there were many similar looking barbs. So at least I've narrowed it down to being a barb at least

Well the one I saw today that made me think was a highfin barb which seems quite similar.

I'll go with that, they have the little spot near the tail fin, I guess they come in varieties with red dorsal fins...
