Fish Help Quick

I woke up this morning and my guppy was missing i took out the filter and she was swimming inside it i dnt know hw lng for but shes out and just hiding as if shes stressed shld i put her in my breeder met and im going out in 2 min and wont be back al day help pl

I just turned lighout and i wont be back till 4 so is this okay so the stress levels are down
