My water levels have are:
0 ammonia
0 nitrates
about 30 nitrates

In this past week the fish that have died:
1 kuhli loach
2 guppies
1 otto

Could it be from the fact I added some of these fish while my tank was toward the end of cycling?

And also I did a change to sand last weekend which gave them a few days of cloudy water, so could this have stresssed them out during the whole process of that and taking them out to do it?

Or is there something else that i making them sick?

How were they behaving before they died ? Anything look physically wrong on their body ?

the stress could have killed them but it is more likely the stress caused a disease of some sort and the disease is killing them.
Do the fish have any small white spots on their fins or body?
Are there fins clamped?
Do they breathe heavily or gasp near the surface?
Are the fish scratching on plants or ornaments in the tank?
Any unsual colours on their bodies?

No white spots on any current or dead fish

No clamped fins on current fish Don't no about dead ones

I haven't noticed any scratching

The only color thing I have noticed is that my khuli loach color was faded. I 4 other ones and there colors seem fine.

Also all of them had seemed to behaving normal before dying. The guppies always swim somewhat together. he kuhli loaches I remember watching eat last night and they seemed fine unless I missed one not eating. And the oto was hard to tell because they are rarely in sigh to begin with because of their hiding places.

doesn't sound like a disease then, which leaves us with water. When you do water changes do you have a clean bucket purely for the fish or do you use one from the laundry? It is best to have a bucket specifically for the fish.
Make sure you don't have grease, oil, moisturising cream, soap or anything else on your hands when feeding the fish or working in the tank.
Don't use any sort of spray in the room with the fish, no hair spray, bug spray, etc.
Is the temperature around 24C?
Do you dechlorinate the water before adding it to the tank?

My temperature is 80 degrees because I plan on getting blue rams and I heard they liked warmer water.

I dechlorinate the water.

The bucket I use is for the fish only.

So I'm guessing it can either be to hot or to much stress...

I just thought I should add that when I added the sand to my tank I didn't wash it first so could there have been dust in it that was bad for the fish?

not sure how warm 80F is but tropical fish should be fine in water up to 28C and many will go to 30C as long as its done slowly.

It may well have been something in the sand. Unfortunately there is no way of telling what goes into the bags with the sand. Maybe just see how things go over the next few weeks. If the fish start gasping at the surface then do a water change or two.

What type of sand did you add to the tank, as some building sands have chemicals in them.
