Fish Hatchery

My angels are going bat at the hatchery, ive 3 angels and i put a plastic bag around the bottom of the hatchery and an elastic band,
only to find my frog inbetween the two last night.
anyone have any ideas, or should i just let all the fish in my tank ram the hatchery 24/7.

ive picked up a secondhand 60 litre at the weekend , ive had to give it a serious clean, there was no heater, which im picking up today . And i want to get some plants for it .
and proper lighting , and cycled.

how i hide the hatchery from the angels i dont know. i used greeseproof paper , but that began to detirorate after 5 days, now ive cut up a plastic bag and elastic band.
