Fish Got Stuck!

I have a small plant pot in my tank just as decoration and it has the tiniest hole in the end.
I've had my platys for ages now and i thought they wouldnt try going through it coz it was so small.

And i just found one of my platys stuck!!
So i lifted the plant pot a tiny bit and it got out, but now all of its head is scrapped!

I'm scared incase its gunna die if it gets infected.

Anyone got any ideas of what to do with it.

If you want to keep the plant pot you will have to make a bigger hole.
How deep are the scrapes, just melafix.

If this kind of thing ever happens to me I dose with general tonic and stress zyme. If they aren't stressed they will recover.

I would put her/him in a hospital tank and dose with melafix and keep an eye on her/him.

If you don't have a hospital, just treat the whole tank, but it's harder to monitor the fish.
