Fish Going Red

hi can anyone tell me what is wrong with my angel fish hes a large white one but has developed what looks like internal red marks around the top of head back to the dorsil fin ,he was the bully of the tank now sword tails are bullying him, i am losing a fish every 2 days .the ph. was very high i brought that down to normal still no change in angel ,live bearers are doing fine. need advice please

My 2 angels have been fighting (just had eggs) and the female always gets red marks on her. Maybe they are hurting him
