Fish Addict
Hi guys,
Iv got a 45G reef tank with many hard and soft corals and shrimp ect. My current fish stock is: a B/W clownfish, A Royal Gramma, A YT Damsel, Firefish, Scootter Blenny and McKoskeri (think thats how you spell it) Flasher Wrasse.
Thing is I want to add a couple more fish but my YT Damsel is very temperamental and takes it upon himself to try and kill any new fish being added to the tank, so far I have lost about 15 fish due to this as it just doesn't give them the time to settle down in their new homes. It just bombards them with viscious attacks till the fish get so stressed they disapear overnight never to be seen again!
I have tried everything to try and catch the damsel including fish hooks/traps ect but to no avail and I do not wish to completely tear my whole tank apart just to get it so instead I have decided to work around the damsel... UNless somebody can come up with an ingenius way for me to capture the little b**tard! (please excuse my french but it really is driving me nuts)
This is where you guys come in, I am looking to add fish that arn't so docile and will stand their ground when being attacked by the damsel and so will not stand for bullying, but at the same time they have to be reef safe as I have got several hundred pounds worth of corals in the tank! The thing is they can't be very aggressive either coz then they may turn around and bully the other fish in the tank as well.
All comments and suggestions would be welcome so please do add your input!
Thanks in advance guys
