Fish For A Nano Tank?

Hello there

I'm planning on setting up a tropical Nano tank for my bedroom(looking at either the 20l or 35l Arc Tank) I want this to be a single species tank with one or two fish. Can anyone offer me ideas on what type of fish to keep. I'm looking for something a little different and coloufull if possible.?

Well if you go with the 10 gallon ( 35L ) tank, it won't really be a nano; well a big nano. So in that case you got lots of options, I would suggest either:
-killifish - shrimp
-female bettas or one male - Badis Badis
-cherry barbs
-Shell Dwellers ( cichlids )
But really the list would go on forever, the best thing to do is tell us what kind of fish you like.
