fish foods

I'm not exactly sure what to feed the fish I want to get. Most of them that I want to get are omnivore except for the Kuhli loache which is a carnivore according to me research. The names of the fish and the number of what I want to get are: 3-Kuhli Loaches, 8-Neon Tetra's, 3- Pearl Gourami's, 6-Marble Hatchets, 4-Boesemani Rainbows, 1-Pleco(not sure what kind maybe Bulldog or Bristlenose). I have a 55 US gallon tank so all these fish should be alright I believe. I did buy a container of bloodworms for a treat for the fish but I don't know what else to feed them. I also was told to only feed the fish once a day, Is this correct?

Tetramin Tropical crisps are a good all around food for those fish. Some Shrimp pellets would be good every other day for the loaches.


Also for the pleco some spirulina disks and a piece of bogwood. Plecos need the wood, it's part of their diet.

bogwood what is it? Can I buy it at my lfs?
