Fish Flicking Off Plants

Finished treating white spot last week with protazin and all looked fine. got amonia spike at moment 0.25 doing daily 10% water changes and reduced feeding until it settles but have noticed 3 of my platies flicking themselves off the plants and rocks. There are no visible signs of white spot back but should I treat again? And if I do treat how do I do daily water changes whilst treating the tank with medicine?

It sounds like something is bothering the fish, so to be safe, you should probably treat the tank again until the fish begin acting normally.
Do a big water change, treat the tank, and change the water again in a few days

How big a water change - I did 15% yesterday morning and 10% later in the day because there was still loads of pooh on the bottom of the tank, then 10% again today, the protazin is a 6 day treatment so I wouldn't be able to change the water again for that amount of time and what about the amonia problem during the 6 days?
