Fish Eggs? or scum?????

Hi all, ive been pondering a bit about something at the back of my tank on the glass.

There seems to be what think could be eggs on the glass (cant get a pic of it im afraid)

there isnt many in one string ( its like a ting loop chain ) there are about 8 then a bit further up about another 5.

Do any of the fish in my sig, lay eggs like this??

I know its obviously not guppies or platies lol,

I though danios scattered theirs ( the wolf will say yes to that im sure )

So what about the rest?

it could be our snails but i think they usually lay out of the water.

Yeah i was told they lay them out the water and in clumps not in a line.

i have loads of snails in a couple of my tanks, sounds similar to the eggs i get, but unfortunatly without seeing pictures its really hard to say.

i tried the pic root and i just cant get them, if i get in focus a fish comes by and cam re focuses. then when i try zoom manual it doesnt come out.

ill have another try tonight.

Really seems like the snails, but apple snails usually lay above the waterline. You may be the rare kinda person who succedes in breeding your pleco...

I only have one and he/she has been in there a couple of months now. so it cant be the pleco. Cant it?
