Fish Eating Plants

i just wondered are there any plants i can put in my aquarium that my fish wont eat i really dont want to go back to plastic
i have a variety of fish gouramis tetras silver dollers angels mollys etc
can anyone help please

Sorry the title made me laugh, I was imagining an aquatic sort of venus fly trap eating the fish .

I have found with my gourami and angels the best plant thats left alone is java fern, anything else I have tried usually gets eaten.

Have had no probs with twisted vallis or anubias or java fern. Love the title - made me think of an underwater venus fish trap
