Fish Eating Eachother Alive

hi all my mollys and platy are nibbling at eachother there is no visable fungus shall i treat?

they have been doing this for a while since i got them from peter barrats there is no spots or out please help me

If your worried about the nibbleing and possible injury, then add some aquarium salt to the tank if there is any sign of disease or even any damage to the fish the salt will help heal and kill infection, i think someone said its a table spoon of salt for every ten litres.

Hows the endlers coming along?

Endlers fine done see them much they in fry tank in kitchen as they still small diddnt want to rish my jumbo molly eating them alive lol


u having ne luck with mor fry yet?

what you feeding ur fry i been feeding liquid fry for about 3 days them dust flakes that i have crushed?

Yeah i had another 60 come along last night, i tend to stick to feeding them the same as the adults either ground up flakes daphina, tubifex and anything else they are big enough to nibble on, baby brine shrimp and blood worm aswell once they are around 3-4 weeks old they love it.

Wasnt too impressed with the liquifry tbh never seemed to see any of the fry eating it so i stuck to the selection above.

I had a drop of five endlers too not sure why it was such a small drop but they are only young so that must of been why

Glad there doing ok and hope you sort the nibbling problem out.

If there are several males and females are present they will fight for the right to chase the females in circles. It's probably not serious.

i have 3 fmales to one male in all my fish or i did
