Fish Dying

Hi I am asking for your help again what it is I brought some guppies from a local pet shop and all looked good but then i noticed an ulcer on his side which was deep so i treated with anti internal bacteria, to no avail Then my female guppy developed white stripes through her body but as i had put in the treatment i had pinned hopes on this working But it obviousley hasnt and she still feeding but the stripes have got worse I just dont know what it actually is water is fine and all other fish are fine any ideas would be a great help thanx!

White stripes are they pale or fluffy.
Also if you have no scaless fish in the tank i would gradually add some salt one tablespoon to every 5gal.
