Hi, my moms fish has a tumor or a cyst and she was wandering if there were any special fish doctors within the sacramento region, thanks

If the fish is cheap and readily available it is usually less expensive to replace the fish. Alternatively grab the phone book and ring a few vets. If they can't help ring your local department of agriculture and ask them if they have a fish health section. If they do then they might be able to suggest a good fish vet.
