Fish Distribution Center

I went to a distribution center in Tampa, Florida a couple of months ago. These distribution centers are the ones that supply all LFS's across the country with fish from the farms in Asia. Luckily for me, since I worked at an LFS a few years ago, I had the opportunity to go and tour one of these cool places. This was my second time going and it was still just as cool as the first time! I wish I had taken more pictures, but most of the time I was just admiring the large selection of fish they had.

Freshwater stingrays!!! These were amazing. Unfortunately, they are illegal to own in the state and were going to be shipped out somewhere else... Nice to see, anyway!

Very Nice! I know theres one in the cities near me. The aquarium group I'm in sceduales meetings to go their some times, but I haven't gone yet.

Ask your LFS where they get there fish from. There may be one in the country that supplies the fish, you just have to ask.

Like I told Paul, check with your LFS and see where they get their fish from. Once you have the name of the place, google them and see where they are. Seagrest, the one I visited, allows for tours if you call ahead, so you might be able to do the same.
