Fish Disease

Hiya, i have discovered that my baloon mollie has got popeye.One eye is swollen and looks cloudy,i dont really know how to treat it.It is still swimming and eating norma, i have just done a water change and cleaned the filter.Can anyone help me please!???

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Cloudy eye is a symtom of a desease not a desease in its self.
Is the eye bulging out.

Well i dont know how many gallons it is,its the standard size of an aquarium tank the smallest it is lol am crap at this ya see. i have got 2 plecs, 6 neon tetras and 4 balloon mollyies in the tank.

The eye is bulging yeah
